In partnership with eVideon, the Southeastern Louisiana Veteran Health Care System set out to increase SAIL Scores within the Patient Experience category. To achieve this, an in-depth Veteran feedback program was created using real-time service recovery though eVideon’s Communication Module’s notification capabilities and Patient Feedback dashboards.
Integration with the VA’s existing clinical workflows and software, including the VA’s VistA/CPRS, enabled clinicians to assign patient education from the tools they already use. The VA has seen marked improvement in scores, especially within the patient experience category, listing eVideon as one of the reasons for the improved numbers.
